West Bengal Schedule Castes, Schedule Tribes and Other Backward Classes Development and Finance Corporation works on development of tribal people especially those who are living below the poverty line (BPL) with in its ambit. WBSCSTOBC intends to enhance the employability of these youths by bringing different skill trainining across the state of West Bengal.
